Linus has been active in the longevity space for more than 20 years. He works as a consultant within the pharmaceutical and longevity industry, is co-founder of Epicenter’s cluster Swedish Longevity Cluster and author the newly released popular science book on aging ‘Läkemedel mot Åldrande’.
In his talk, Linus will give an overview of the current state of the longevity industry. Get to know the major areas of investment, concentration of companies and future opportunities.
Sara is Associate Professor (Docent) in molecular epidemiology at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Karolinska Institutet.
The Hägg research group focuses on epidemiological studies of aging, with a special interest in markers of biological aging and the association with age-related traits such as frailty, cardiometabolic diseases, Parkinson and dementia. In addition, the group also works on pharmacoepidemiology and studies on drug repurposing using large genotype data and Swedish registers.
Peter Ottsjö is a journalist and a longevity expert who has a passion for exploring how technology will shape the future and how it will affect us as individuals, as companies and as a society.
He is the author of Evigt Ung - Min och Människans Dröm om Odödligheten, a much discussed book that explains how aging will soon be a thing of the past and how we can prepare for the ageless era.
He has 30 years of experience as a journalist and as a reporter at Ny Teknik he covers the latest developments in technology, artificial intelligence, metaverse, telecom and exponential tech in general.
Eren founded Maia Genomics after being inspired by a tragic, preventable story. By leveraging next-generation sequencing and using Maia's generative AI, he aims to prevent deaths from late detection of DNA-associated conditions. He brings experience from previous startups, including one in the health sector during Covid.

Lars Hard is a AI technology innovator and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and scaling AI applications across diverse industries. His background encompasses AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing, providing him with a solid foundation to navigate this dynamic field. As a pioneering leader in AI and IT, he has worked with both startups and large international corporations, focusing on creating measurable outcomes and genuine value.
Currently, Lars is the CEO and leading AI development at Oxide AI, where they are pioneering financial industry services. Previously, Lars served as the Director of Data Science at eBay, managing teams working on large-scale data and machine learning.
In addition to his professional work, Lars lectures regularly at Lund University, Sweden, in Theoretical Ecology and Genetic Analysis.
Gunnar von Heijne is a Professor of Biochemistry at Stockholms universitet and a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. He served on the Nobel Committee for Chemistry from 1998-2009 and 2014-2020.
His research focuses primarily on membrane proteins, and he is recognized as one of Sweden's most cited scientists in the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology.
Ingrid af Sandeberg is the Cluster Captain of the Epicenter cluster AI Cockpit, and serves as the Chairman of the Board at Stockholm AI. With her extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, she plays a pivotal role in advancing AI-driven developments and solutions. Ingrid will bring her deep knowledge and dynamic perspective as the moderator during the summit, guiding discussions on the future of AI and its impact on industries.
Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt is a Swedish medical doctor specialized in family medicine and the founder of Hava.
Peter is the CEO and founder of SALUTO, a healthtech company that applies AI to advance precision health, i.e. individualized health insights at scale for improved preventive measures. Prior to SALUTO he founded the consultancy Stella Polaris, working hands-on as an AI scientist to develop high performing and explainable AI-models.
